The hotel is situated in an 18th century aristocratic residence constructed so as to form a "u" shape around an attractive inner garden and fabulous, cloverleaf-shaped swimming pool.

Villa del Quar has luxurious bedrooms and suites reserved for guests, all of which have been individually decorated with authentic pieces of period furniture in neo-classical style. Three suites open out on to their own private gardens whilst the Swimming pool suite, containing a huge four-poster bed with Luigi XV gilded headboard, offers splendid views out over the park and the vineyards.

The restaurant of the Hotel Villa del Quar has two intimate dining rooms. The "Trésor" dining room, features a fabulous carved wooden ceiling and altar panels from an 18th century church, whilst the Eurosia, originally used as small house of worship, has wonderful vaulted ceilings from which an immense chandelier in Murano crystal is suspended.

The villa's 16th century wine cellar, with vaulted ceilings and terracotta floor tiles, typical of the era in which the rooms were built, provides an enchanting setting for the hotel's well-attended, sommelier- led wine tastings. An elegant function room is also available for exclusive meetings and social gatherings.
