Cortina d'Ampezzo, surrounded by the most beautiful mountains of the Dolomite range, the Antelao, the Croda da Lago, the Sorapiss, the Croda Rossa, the Cristallo, the Tofane, Cortina d'Ampezzo is today a preferred destination of the international jet set, and has been called the "Pearl of the Dolomites".

There are 110 kilometers of ski slopes, numerous mountain paths for excursions, and the enchanting Nature Reserve of the Ampezzo Dolomites. It is home to the Bob Sleigh World Cup and the Women's Alpine Ski World Cup.
