Treviso Veneto

Treviso is sited in an agricultural area, on the banks of the River Sile. Glass and paper industries have existed here for centuries.

Important sites include the Cathedral of Treviso, the Ethnographic Museum of the Indios of Venezuela, the Museum of Archeology and Paleontology of pre-Columbian South America, the Luigi Bailo Civic Museum, the Giuseppe Sciarpa Zoological Museum, the Diocesan Museum of Sacred Art, the Palazzo dei trecento, the Loggia dei Cavalieri.

Among the festivals and fairs there are the Rogo de la vecia, Radicchio Fair, Cose d'altri tempi and the Natale in Borgo Christmas Fair.
